Keepers: delete account

Delete your Keepers account
Effective 1 November 2026.

To delete your account in the app, open Account, then Delete this account. Export your record first if you want to keep it. Confirm it is you by signing in once more with the same option you use: Apple, Google or your mobile number. For an Apple-linked account, Keepers also revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization before deletion is queued. Keepers queues the deletion and keeps a receipt on your phone; it confirms completion only after the server finishes. If completion is not yet confirmed, open Keepers again to check, or contact support.

This removes Keepers' live cloud record of your choices, purchase status, billing-account mapping and membership. Your photos are not touched. The practice choice on your phone stays until you delete the app. Other phones learn about revoked access when they go online; exported files and device backups need their own removal.

Your shared Firebase sign-in is deleted only if no other Moola app uses it; your other Moola apps keep their data. Completed deletion and cleanup records are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Minimum detached store references may remain for up to 90 days for refund and fraud reconciliation. Firebase's own infrastructure backups can take longer, including up to 180 days for authentication data under its published policy. A purchase linked to a deleted account needs support to recover and cannot transfer automatically to another account.

The unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Deleting your account does not request a store refund. Use Apple or Google purchase support for a refund, and keep any receipt you need before deleting.

If you cannot use the app, contact Moola support (https://project-moola-401d0.web.app/support) with the subject Keepers account deletion and the email address or mobile number linked to your account. We verify ownership without asking for a password or sign-in code, explain what is retained and aim to complete the request within 30 days. This route stays available after you uninstall the app.
