Above Board is a block puzzle. Each deal is dealt on your phone from a seed fixed before the first piece: a sealed deal mixes a hidden dealer half with your cut, and the daily deal uses the date. The rules, the piece catalogue and its weights are published with the check page, and any shared deal can be replayed there.

You can play the tutorial and three deals before deciding to buy. Further deals, the daily deal, your history and replays, and playing a friend's deal need the one-time unlock. There is no free daily deal and no trial. The actual local store price is shown before purchase. It is one payment, with no subscription or renewal. Declining keeps the deals you played on your phone but does not unlock Above Board. Restoring a purchase, account recovery, support, legal information, exporting your deals and deleting your account remain available without paying.

Sign in to an Above Board account before buying so the verified unlock belongs to that account. Use the same account on your other phones to recover access; the original store remains responsible for the purchase and refunds. A purchase made on one platform unlocks your Above Board account where Above Board is offered. Family Sharing applies to the App Store purchase where Apple offers it. Never buy again because restoring failed: check that you are signed in to the same store and Above Board accounts and contact support. Purchases cannot be moved between Above Board accounts. Recovering a purchase after deleting its account requires support and proof of ownership.

The unlock covers the whole Above Board app. It is not a promise that hosted services, device compatibility or app distribution will continue indefinitely. Above Board checks verified rights for refunds and revocation. Paid access can be used offline for up to 30 days after a successful check; reconnect to refresh it. Store refunds or revocations can remove paid access. Your deals stay in your account and remain exportable and deletable. Refunds are handled by the original store under its rules and your consumer rights.

Scores are the result of play under published rules. There are no prizes, wagers or rewards for scores, sharing or ratings.

Deleting your Above Board account removes its live cloud data and membership and keeps your other Moola apps. It does not request a store refund or remove exports, shared links or device backups. Limited retained records and provider backup timing are described in Privacy.

Use the service lawfully. Do not try to access another person's account, submit forged records or overload the service. Original application code, rules, branding and assets belong to their rights holders; bundled font licences are preserved. No affiliation with any other game publisher is claimed.

These terms do not exclude statutory consumer, privacy, refund or other rights that applicable law protects.
