Setter is a puzzle app. Each day it composes a Pairs, an Order and a Picture grid on your phone and checks that each has exactly one solution. It does not measure intelligence, train the brain, treat or diagnose any condition, or report an IQ.

You can solve two Pictures before deciding to buy. The daily desk and new grids need the one-time unlock. There is no free daily set and no trial. The actual local store price is shown before purchase. It is one payment, with no subscription or renewal. Declining keeps the Pictures you solved on your phone but does not unlock Setter. Restoring a purchase, account recovery, support, legal information, exporting your record and deleting your account remain available without paying.

Sign in to a Setter account before buying so the verified unlock belongs to that account. Use the same account on your other phones to recover access; the original store remains responsible for the purchase and refunds. A purchase made on one platform unlocks your Setter account where Setter is offered. Never buy again because restoring failed: check that you are signed in to the same store and Setter accounts and contact support. Purchases cannot be moved between Setter accounts. Recovering a purchase after deleting its account requires support and proof of ownership.

The unlock covers the whole Setter app. It is not a promise that hosted services, device compatibility or app distribution will continue indefinitely. Setter checks verified rights for refunds and revocation. Paid access can be used offline for up to 30 days after a successful check; reconnect to refresh it. Store refunds or revocations can remove paid access. Your record stays in your account and remains exportable and deletable. Refunds are handled by the original store under its rules and your consumer rights.

Deleting your Setter account removes its live cloud data and membership and keeps your other Moola apps. It does not request a store refund or remove exports or device backups. Limited retained records and provider backup timing are described in Privacy.

Use the service lawfully. Do not try to access another person's account or overload the service. Original application code, puzzles, branding and assets belong to their rights holders; bundled font licences are preserved. No affiliation with any other puzzle publisher is claimed.

These terms do not exclude statutory consumer, privacy, refund or other rights that applicable law protects.
