Oddwalk: terms

Oddwalk terms
Updated 6 November 2026

A parent or legal guardian accepts these terms for Oddwalk, operated by Moola. Oddwalk is a creative game for ages 6 to 11. The adult manages the account and purchases; children do not sign in or buy items.

The free download includes one outfit and playable course preview. Ongoing play requires one permanent whole-game purchase through the App Store or Google Play. The live store offer states the local price. It is not a subscription. There are no ads, consumables, virtual currencies or paid random items. Cancelling a purchase preserves the completed preview and does not open paid play.

The purchase covers every shipped world, creature, garment and course part, plus the course maker, kept courses, practice journal and updates to that included content. No future expansion or content delivery schedule is promised. Access is verified and bound to the parent app account. Keep that account recoverable and use Restore purchases if access is missing. A store refund or revoked purchase removes the corresponding rights. Store and parent accounts are separate; a purchase is not automatically transferred between parent accounts. Family Sharing is not promised unless explicitly supported by the verified store configuration.

Legal information, support, export of existing records, purchase recovery and account deletion remain available without a new payment. Account deletion does not request a store refund. Store purchase terms, local statutory consumer rights and the store's refund process apply. Apple's standard end-user licence agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Saved looks and courses use Oddwalk's catalogue. You may keep or personally share exported looks and course codes through the parent controls. Do not misrepresent the game as someone else's work or use the service to infringe rights. The game's code, character artwork, name and interface belong to their respective rights holders; bundled open-source components and fonts retain their own licences.

The parent controls backup and sharing. Device-only work that has not synced may not survive removal or device loss. We preserve drafts on cancellation and report failed or conflicting saves; no system can guarantee protection from every device or service failure. We do not promise educational, therapeutic or developmental outcomes. Stop play at a convenient session end and follow your family's screen-time choices.

Use the public Moola support route for access, data and consumer-rights requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Material changes to child data practices require appropriate notice and any legally required parental consent before those changes take effect.
