Roster is a personal planner. Shifts and task times are local wall-clock plans, not payroll calculations, employer records or reliable alarms. No reminders or alarms are sent. Confirm important dates and work arrangements independently. You control what you enter and the backups you export.
You may complete onboarding and inspect a personal schedule preview before deciding to buy. Using Roster’s planner requires a permanent whole-app purchase, including manual dated shifts, tasks, notes, completion, inbox, calendar navigation and automatic repeating schedules. There is no ongoing free planning tier. The actual localized store price is shown before purchase. It is one payment, with no subscription, renewal or automatically charged trial. Declining keeps your setup draft but does not unlock app use. Purchase restoration, account recovery, support, legal information, export of existing records and account deletion remain available without another payment.
Sign into a Roster account before buying so the verified unlock belongs to that account. On supported devices, use the same Roster account to recover access; the original store remains responsible for managing the purchase and refunds. Where the feature is also offered by each platform's native in-app purchase system, verified account access may follow you across supported platforms. Never purchase again simply because restoration failed: check both your store and Roster accounts and contact support. Purchases cannot be silently transferred between Roster accounts. Recovering a purchase after deleting its account requires support and proof of ownership.
The permanent purchase unlocks the whole Roster planner, not a promise that hosted services, device compatibility or app distribution will continue indefinitely. Roster periodically checks verified rights for refunds and revocation. Cached paid access may be used for up to 30 days after a successful verification; reconnect to refresh it. If paid access cannot be verified after the cache expires, planning remains locked until verification succeeds. Your existing data is retained and remains exportable and deletable. Store refunds/revocations can remove planning access. Refund requests are handled through the original store and applicable consumer rights.
Signing in synchronizes your account planner using Firebase. A device-only planner moves only when you explicitly choose. Unsynced edits may be lost if you erase/uninstall the app before upload; keep backups of records you need. Concurrent changes are reconciled where possible, with an explicit choice for conflicting edits. Restoring a backup replaces the current planner only after validation and confirmation. Imported pattern data does not grant purchase rights.
Erasing a planner removes its current records and, if signed in, syncs the empty planner to other devices. Deleting your Roster account removes its live cloud data and sign-in membership; it preserves other Moola product memberships. Deletion does not request a store refund or remove exported/OS backups. Limited retained records and provider backup timing are described in Privacy.
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to access another person's account or overload the backend. Original application code, branding and assets belong to their respective rights holders. Bundled font licenses are preserved. No affiliation with a reference planner or employer is claimed.
These terms do not exclude statutory consumer, privacy, refund or other rights that applicable law protects.
